Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (AUD $12.95)
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (Orders over AUD $50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Basic tracking included
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Trendy Beach Hat purchases! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear including:
- Boys swim shorts
- Baby swimwear (0-2, 0-5)
- Swim hats
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return.
- We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.

METRICUP, AU 6280 - Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned items.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error).
- For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
