At Trendy Beach Hat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sun protection and beachwear purchases. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear (including boys swim shorts, baby swimwear, and swim hats) unless the item is faulty or not as described.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
  2. We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, include the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship your return to:

  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error).
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
